Clubhouse/Pool Reservation REQUEST

Please submit your request for clubhouse and/or pool reservation using this online form.

  1. Make 2 checks out to Moss Creek Property Owners Association; 1 for $50 Security Deposit, and 1 for Rental Fee if applicable (n/a if using your free clubhouse rental); deliver to Molly Link at least 2 weeks prior to reserved data (215 River Oaks Dr)
  2. Keys to the Party Room may be picked up the day of the scheduled party from Molly Link (215 River Oaks Dr)
  3. Remove all trash generated during the party. (There is no garbage service for the clubhouse.)
  4. Sweep up / hose off any food crumbs in Party Room, Patio and Steps.  (Ants are a major concern and issue at the Clubhouse.)
  5. Clean out Refrigerator. (Deposit may be withheld if Refrigerator requires cleaning.)
  6. Turn off all lights and fans.
  7. Doors and gates should be locked at end of party.
  8. Noise and music should be at reasonable level. City of LaGrange Noise Ordinance Law does apply.
  9. Monday-Thursday pool parties should conclude no later than 9 pm.

Note: $250 fine can apply:

  • If members violate Rules and Regulations that require the parties must be for the Member's own use and not the use of a third party who is not a Member. 
  • Anyone who hosts a party that has not been reserved and confirmed, or that has been denied.

Cancellation on the day of the party will result in loss of 50% of fee, or use of 'free complimentary" clubhouse reservation.

During Pool Season – May through September

Private Pool Party on Wed or Fri– Up to 50 guests: $150 fee and $50 deposit

Private Pool Party on Wed or Fri– 51 to 250 guests: $250 fee and $50 deposit

Semi-private Pool and Patio/Party Room available Mon-Fri – up to 25 guests; $50 fee and $50 deposit

Party Room Only rental - available any day: $50 fee and $50 deposit

 

During Off-season – October through April

Private Party - Full Clubhouse any day– Up to 50 guests: $150 fee and $50 deposit

Private Party - Full Clubhouse any day– 51 to 250 guests: $250 fee and $50 deposit

Party Room Only rental - available any day: $50 fee and $50 deposit
