Tree Removal REQUEST FORM
Please submit a request for any tree you would like to remove that is located in your lot between the street to a line that is parallel to the back of your house, AND is over 4 inches in diameter.
(Feel free to also attach a drawing or plat of the trees for removal and/or a landscape plan if available.)
